Why so Expensive?

This is for anybody that has had death in their family,or maybe a friend.
Funerals today is so very expensive,My husband uncle died, and they had the funeral on Tuesday of this week,(he had insurance)but still, the family had to come out of pocket with a good amount of money anyway. The average funeral cost about $7,000 and that's not including burial plot, and head stone.
To me the funeral homes make plenty money when our love ones leave this world.Just glad that the family had the money to send him home in style. No one lives forever,we all gotta make that appt. and guess what,we will not be late at all.(I'm just saying)

So it's almost Mother's Day and I'm always excited and a little sad,the reason being is because my Mom is deceased. It's a few holidays that i feel this way~but I'm a mother so I try to keep a straight face for my own family. They do all sorts of things for me,but deep down inside I really miss my MOM.
I think it's so hard for me cause I'm the baby, and when my MOM died I was right by her side.Keep telling myself that I'll see her again, and that she's in a better place(I know she is)but I just can't see her beautiful face when I want too.
Death is hard, but it's real, and we all will cross this path 1 day.To those who mother is still alive, give her flowers now while she can smell them~cause 1 day she won't be able too"LOVE your Mother, cherish her while she still have breath to breathe! HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY TO ALL MOTHER'S"`
